Anxiety Free Today Review – A Review Of Ian Spencer’s Technique
Be freed of anxiety without medications – that’s what Ian Spencer, the creator of the Anxiety Free Today advocates. This Anxiety Free Today review will evaluate this new program in light of the techniques it advocates, its price and value, it’s effectiveness in chasing away anxiety problems, among other factors.
{How Anxiety Free Today Came To Be}
Ian Spencer an ex-anxiety disorder patient whose discontent with therapies and medications forced him to seek ways to better manage his symptoms. This need to find relief caused him to experiment on ways to get out of his symptoms – this resulted in an anxiety-eliminating program called Anxiety Free Today.
{What Anxiety Free Today Offers}
Anxiety Free Today is essentially a combination of current information on anxiety disorders and Ian Spencer’s personal insight on them. It provides a very comprehensive information on the nature of anxiety disorders with special attention on panic attacks and techniques on how to get rid of these disorders. All the information are presented in an eBook with accompanying audio tapes that explain exactly how the information can be used to implement Spencer’s system.
{Some Good and Not-So-Good Things About The Anxiety Free Today Program}
It is apparent that this system works only within the information accepted by the medical community. {So that gives it some credit}. However, because medically accepted information are mixed with Ian Spencer’s personal insight, it will be hard to tell which is which.
This program is best used by people who were recently diagnosed with anxiety attacks. After all, its approach is quite generic compared to similar products in the market. In short, although the program contains some very new information, much of the program is a rehash of old information. Except for some new information, the entire program seems to have been written for starters. If you have received your diagnosis only recently, this is the best program for you. If you are dealing with anxiety disorders for some time now, this could be a very useful companion.
Another good thing about this entire program is that it comes in two parts – excluding the audio tapes, you will get the eBook (the first part which details the nature of anxiety disorders and other relevant information), and the workbook. Ian Spencer is very particular with not letting readers to just read the eBook and chuck it aside. He makes it a point in the workbook that the information read are implemented.
Anxiety Free Today also comes with a handful of freebies. These include the Massage Anxiety & Stress Away, which teaches techniques on basic massage, and the Guided Meditation for Calmness, which details basic meditation for eliminating anxiety. Another free program that is included in the package is the Muscle Tension Relief Guide, which is a guide on effective meditation. Finally is the package of screen savers for relaxation.
So does this Anxiety Free Today review find this system recommendable? {Why not?} For just its value for money (it comes at $47 per package) it is worth your money.
